Initial ideas


After some research i had a little idea of what i would like my magazine to look like and include. For my project i have decided to do a grime/rap magazine. This will include urban/underground features, writing and colours. I had hoped to use colours that make my magazine stand out and look attractable, such as red, blue, yellow or black and also to make the fonts big, bold and bright to invite my audience to buy my magazine. As i am producing an underground magazine my target audience will be the younger generation, aged 16 - 24. I think this is the the best age to aim my target audience at because the younger generation listen to this type of music. I would also be looking at producing a layout similar to the first 'Empire' magazine i analyzed.
